Job Responsibilities (for Supervisors):

  • Overseeing event security personnel
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Identifying and responding to security incidents
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
  • Communicating with event staff to ensure a smooth and safe event

Job Responsibilities (for Managers):

  • Directing event security operations
  • Developing and implementing security plans and procedures
  • Assisting with budgeting and scheduling for events
  • Supervising event security personnel and ensuring their performance
  • Communicating with clients to provide exceptional customer service

Job Responsibilities (Administrative Staff):

  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Maintaining event security records and reports
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering phones and emails
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required by event managers
